easyComment: comments with one click using firefox plugin

January 3, 2009 · Posted in Browsers · Comment

easyComment is an extension for Firefox that I use for several days and it is very simple use . The idea is simply to locate the site’s feedback form Or comment form  and fill out the form with one click, that is what is responsible for the extension.

Once installed, the options in easyComment fill the data we use to comment, as shown below:

Then every time to comment on a blogpost, click on easyComment text on the status bar and you will find that form automatically filled.  That’s it.

For now easyComment extension supports  sites based on Wordpress, Movable Type, DotClear. To install this plugin, You need to login mozilla addons to install it.

How to open new tabs directly next to the tab in current page

Firefox always opens new tabs on the extreme right when you click on a link. You have to toggle between topics that are related to each other if several tabs are open at the same times. Or you have to shift the tabs. Both methods are not satisfactory.
The free add-on ‘Tab Control’ changes the behavior of the browser in such a way that it opens the new tabs to the immediate right of the tab in use. The ‘http://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/1480’ link directs you to the download page. Here, click on ‘Install’ to open the ‘Software Installation’ dialog box. Click on ‘Install now’ to start the setup. Select ‘Restart Firefox’ to activate the tool. Read more
