This is the next major upgrade for this application and all three versions have been preceded by a public beta. I was able to attend a demo of the version 3 beta by Tom Hogarty (Lightroom Senior Product Manager) and also gained some insight in their approach to this public beta process.

The Main Stuff:
• The Beta is for everyone
• Big changes in the Import dialog
• Noise removal has changed quite a bit
• Slideshows can now be exported as videos (with music)
• Custom print templates in the Print module
• Houston, we have watermarking!

So here’s your marching orders:
1) Don’t complain about the beta. Remember, its not finished yet. Its a beta.
2) Head over to NAPP’s Lightroom 3 Beta Learning Center
3) Download the Lightroom 3 Beta from the Adobe Labs website
4) If you’re a Kelby Training subscriber I’ve created an entire online training course, The Lightroom 3 Beta Power Session, that dives a little deeper into the new LR3 Beta features.
5) Keep an eye out at Tom Hogarty’s (Lightroom Product Manager) blog
6) Don’t forget to stop by Scott’s blog as well
7) Stay tuned here at Lightroom Killer Tips. As I find and create new things you can bet I’ll be showing them here first.

The incredible boom in Photoshop and comes to mobile phones, is that this graphic editing program has become an indispensable tool for those who like photography.

Photoshop Mobile is the latest proposal from Adobe. This is a special edition of Photoshop for iPhone, which of course is entirely free. The company’s new software allows iPhone users to modify certain parameters of the photos taken with your iPhone 3GS and then upload to the Internet may be through Photoshop.com.

Thus, Mobile Photoshop users may modify the hue, saturation, exposure, rotate photos or to apply filters and effects like Pop Art, vignette, sepia, black and white, and so on.

After adjusting these parameters, Photoshop Mobile is connected to the Photoshop.com service to help users upload photos, edit and organize, with the whole process as we said, totally free.

Here, instead of increasing the overall saturation of the picture, pick out the pats of the image which should be predominant in the image. We have selected the green and blue tones in the above example. Select ‘Greens’ and click on the appropriate part of the picture with the eyedropper. You can now specifically intensify this color with ‘Saturation’. For further control, and selecting more colors you can always use Adjustment Layers.
