installed windows 7 home premium but web cam is not working

I have installed windows 7 home premium 64 bit on a acer aspire 7520-5757 laptop and have a problem with the co-processor in the device manager and can’t seem to make the web cam work.

They have drivers for windows 7 home premium X64 ontheir service and support tab.
The operating system section is a drop down where you can choose an alternate operating system for the drivers:
It likely defaults to the OS version that came with the notebook originaly vista home basic x32.

The driver for the camera might already be part of windows 7.

You could use the vista home premium x64 drivers for the camera if the camera is not detected by windows 7.
